If the Buyer sends an unregistered parcel, he is responsible for the security of the parcel.
AZALIA replaces the damaged goods or, if there is no suitable replacement in stock, returns the money to the Buyer to the account from which the payment for the goods was made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the damaged goods.

When returning the money, only the price of the goods will be taken into account (the delivery cost is not included in the refund amount).

If the labels have been torn off, the goods have been used, damaged, as well as if other shortcomings and defects have arisen due to the fault of the Buyer, AZALIA has the right to calculate the losses and deduct the amount of losses from the refund amount.
